Rights available include access — knowing what is held and why — correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, receiving a portable copy, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Where state law provides an appeal against a denied request, that is open to you too. Using these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about the service you receive.

Where advertising is served, identifiers may pass to advertising partners, and that can constitute a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California and other state laws. The opt-out route is Do Not Sell or Share My Information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.

What is covered: identifiers, including IP address and cookie or device IDs; internet activity, meaning your navigation of this site; and, if you gave one, an email address. These reach us from your own browser and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are active.

Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
